Return Policy
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange for items defective, damaged in transit or if you received the wrong item.
Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days, along with a picture of the item at customerservice@b-distinguished.com to alert us of the defect, damage or if you received the wrong item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Upon verification of the defective item, damaged item or wrong item, we will ship out a replacement, if available.
If a replacement is not available, we will notify you and will refund the full purchase price of your item. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy
Shipping is free worldwide. Please allow 2-5 weeks for your purchase to arrive. Due to high demand and factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings, shipping times is longer than usual. Some item's may ship out separately, so check your email for all the tracking numbers. Please feel free to track your order on our website.
